Leadership isn’t theory for me; it’s lived experience.
For more than 30 years, I’ve held various leadership positions at one of the nation’s largest corporations, giving me a firsthand understanding of what today’s leaders face: the constant change, the pressure to perform, and the challenge of staying balanced and authentic through it all. I have used that experience, along with formal training to coach professionals from a wide range of industries, backgrounds, and experiences, each with their own goals and definitions of success.
I’m a certified coach with Delta Leadership; creators of the Six Domains of Leadership model developed at Duke University. My coaching approach combines that research foundation with real-world experience, helping clients strengthen credibility, build trust, and create truly inspired followers at all levels.
